An interesting article by a full patch member of God's Squad CMC relating his experience of being arrested (wrongfully) and his subsequent aquittal.
It's really quite frightening what happened to him and the "powers" the police were able to use.

Dylan Welch of the Sydney Morning Herald has written an interesting article about how Oz bikers are fighting back against Australia's Anti-Association Laws.
Dylan Welch takes an insider's look at the battle waged by bikies against a government crackdown.
Inside a small Penrith church hall a sign reads ''in case of emergency dial triple-0''. The hard men sitting nearby are unlikely to heed the message. More likely, they would be the emergency that necessitates the call.
Next to the sign, empty pizza boxes and soft drink cans are scattered across a rectangle of hastily arranged foldable desks. Blue plastic chairs creak under the weight of 38 leather and flannelette-clad men.

Australia’s Anti-Association Laws

The newly introduced “Anti-Association Laws” in New South Wales, Australia have been described as draconian and unfair. The law, while not directly naming bikers, has been introduced to combat the perceived threat of “Outlaw” bike clubs on society. Basically if you’re a member of a patch club the police can apply to the courts for an order to ban members from associating with one another. Break this law and you face up to five years in prison! The laws came into effect in April allowing the state's police commissioner to apply to the courts for the declaration of specific bikie clubs as illegal.

God’s Garage Refurbishment

The God's Garage Manchester project continues to take shape. The guys involved have worked really hard to get the "Garage" sorted with plumbing, wiring etc. The regular Tuesday night get together for discussion, bible study, prayer and just hanging out is open to all. More details can be found on the God's Garage website.
Last weekend their was a party with the God's Squad guys from the UK, Ireland and Holland.
